In 2000, the only race where this didn’t happen, the victor Mika Hakkinen started from a lowly second on the grid! The fastest lap data only backs up the fact that one driver can often dominate this race weekend.
The other piece of information that jumps off the page is the average winning margin; nearly eighteen seconds is very high and never in the last ten years has it been less than five seconds. SkyBet are offering 5/6 on a winning margin of six seconds or more; that looks generous.
